Job Description

Title: Admin
Experience:
2+ years

Location: Jamnagar

Responsibilities:

  • Handling activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc.
  • Assisting other management persons in daily office activities.
  • Maintaining important documents, forms, records, and files in a proper and organized manner.
  • Printing accounting documents.
  • Inventory management, make entry into software and manage in-out of material on regular basis.
  • Coordinating between different departments within the company.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the execution of operational office activities.
  • Will be responsible for the partnership with Contract partners.
  • Immediate Joining will be a plus.

    Requirements:

    • Should have 2 years experience.
    • Specialization in handling back-office operations.
    • Ability to prioritize work effectively.
    • Negotiation Skill.
    • A good listener and speaker.
    • Should be self-driven, self-motivated.
    • Pleasing personality & having good communication skills (verbal & Non- verbal).
    • Managing the information and maintain the confidentiality of the same.
    • Commitment to work for the long term and with a hardworking ideology.
    • Good on internet browsing.
