| Preparation of PR , PO & GRN and Consumption reports - SAP system Knowledge | |||||||||
| Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly & yearly MIS, Presentation for SCM | |||||||||
| Collection of data on daily basis from all stake holders ( for example :- system and field people) | |||||||||
| Follow up of for bill preparation, Payments of Vendors, Rent Agreements & electricity bills. | |||||||||
| Maintain all records of EB bills on line offline | |||||||||
| Documentation of all records and agreement's | |||||||||
| Analysis of all data and presentation of same | |||||||||
| Collection of online offline data of collocation from system and filed people | |||||||||
| Maintain the assets record and AMC records | |||||||||
| Preparation O & M schedules and Monitoring the same and maintaining the records of same | |||||||||
| Warehouse and inventory management | |||||||||
| Responsible to maintain the data in ERP and Xls system | |||||||||
| Experience / Exposure | Skill sets | ||||||||
| MIS preparation on Daily, Weekly, Monthly & yearly MIS, Presentation | MS Projects, MS office, SAP ERP | ||||||||
| Handling extensive data, internal & external agencies | Written and oral Communication Skills | ||||||||
| Experience in maintaining the records & analysing the same | Analytical Skills | ||||||||
