The Admin Executive will support in overall administration and human resource management of The position would work in close coordination with its consultants, vendors.
1. Manage all the admin needs and HR support for the functioning of which is creating avenues in the pre-school segment and children
2. Manage daily activities at Adiuvaret office
3. Manage the work and other activities outsourced to vendors
4. Create and Manage all the payment contracts and facilitate payment to consultants and vendors
5. Manage the requirements of staff for the smooth functioning of Office
6. Coordinate with the Field staff for their payment and incentives
7. Coordinate with the field offices of in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar and in other cities
8. Other admin requirements as and when arises
