Job Description

Designation: Admin HR AssistantRecruit and Onboard new hires
Detail Job description, KRA & KPIs of all the profiles.
Joining and Exit formalities of employees.
Handling complete documentation part of the employees.
Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
Planning Employee's timely Training in discussion with the management.
Respond to employees’ questions about company policies and benefits.
Fulfilling Housekeeping and pantry requirements.
Maintaining stationery and other office-related requirements.
Salary Range: Rs.20000-25000
