⢠Ensuring timely statutory compliance under all applicable Laws. from contractors.
⢠To Check and Verify Contractors Monthly Compliances documents i.e. Bank Statement Attendance,
Wages, PF Challan, ECR Copy, and PF Confirmation slip, TRRN Details.
⢠Audit of records: find non-compliances and fulfill the same.
⢠Monthly audit of all contractorsâ statutory compliance records & register under various labour laws.
⢠Co-ordination with govt. authorities for site visit and Contractors inspection under various Labour laws
⢠Liaison with Government bodies such as Labour authorities, PF authorities, Employment Exchange
Factory inspector etc.
⢠Monthly meeting with contractor - Interaction regarding grievances and day to day issues, new
amendment of Labour laws.
⢠Record keeping - All Labour Laws file maintaining of respective contractors.
⢠Handling Site Audits/Coordination with HR, Correspondences with HO.
⢠Statutory returns under relevant Labour law, i.e. CLRA & PF Act, GLWF.
⢠Handling work of Govt. Authorities during site visit and inspection of contractors.
⢠Coordination and ensure resolution of grievances of contract Labour regarding delay wage payment,
overtime, attendance, PF and other job related queries and problems.
⢠Ensure payment of wages as per minimum wages act. â 1948, and timely payment as per payment of
wages act. â 1936, to all contract Labour.
⢠Visit Labour Courts to attend hearing.
⢠Handling Internal & External Statutory Compliance Audit.
