Job Title: Sr. Training Administrator
job Location - Gurgaon
Salary - 40k to 50k
Job Responsibilities:
1. Document and Record Management:
Organize and manage both physical and digital files and
records.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection
regulations.
Prepare and proofread reports, memos, and other documents.
2. Communication and Coordination:
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external
stakeholders.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate between departments and relay information as
needed.
3. Support to Management:
Provide administrative support to executives or department
heads.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting
agendas.
Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
4. Project and Event Support:
Help plan and execute company events or departmental
projects.
Track project deadlines and follow up on deliverables.
5. Finance and Budgeting Assistance:
Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.
Process invoices, reimbursements, and maintain financial
records.
6. HR Administrative Support :
Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding.
Help with leave tracking, payroll coordination, and benefits
administration.
Required Skills:
1. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and
manage time efficiently.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written
communication for interacting with staff and clients.
3. Technological Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office (Word,
Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), data management software, and
office equipment.
4. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing data, documents,
and schedules.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues and find
solutions independently.
6. Teamwork: Willingness to support colleagues and collaborate
across departments.
7. Discretion and Integrity: Trustworthy with sensitive or
confidential information.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
Minimum: Graduate and above.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office
Management, or related field.
2. Experience:
3-5 years of administrative or office management experience
(depending on level) preferably in automobile OEM or dealer
