Human Resource

• Prepare job description & candidate specification
• Post advertisements of the vacancy if required.
• Screen resumes and shortlist the potential candidates from the database according to company specifications and guidelines
• Preparation of HR dashboards and other HR MIS as needed from time to time.
• Assist in the Onboarding process
• Filing of training records Attendance Sheet, training feedback form, training evaluation and updating the same in the system
• Conducting Employee Engagement programs weekly

Administrative

• Taking care of entire admin activities.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Manage maintenance, repair & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, etc.
• Coordinate with various departments for admin. related requirements.
• Keep a track record of AMC agreements, renewals, etc.
