Job Description: 

  • Should have at least 2-3 years ofexperience in Recruitment in an International BPO or a Consultancy. 
  • Should have conducted regular interviews for all profiles (Operations and Back Office) for past 1  consecutive year. 
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives. 
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. 
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc 
  • Strong decision-making skills 
  • Candidate having team leader/ training/managerial experience preferred. 
  • Any Graduate/ MBA HR preferred. 
  • Excellent communication in English is a must without any MTI. 
  • Candidate should be proactive to handle a team and help in talent acquisition. 
  • Transport provided. 
  • Complimentary lunch/dinner. 
  • General shift: 10:30 am -7:30 pm (Sometimes required to be flexible with rotational shift) 
  • For any rotational shift free pick and drop will be provided. 
  • Salary : Best in the Industry
