Position: Administration cum facility executive/manager

Job location- Kharadi, Pune.

Salary budget- 20-40K per month in between.

Core area- Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Building Maintenance activity, Bills payment, Day to day office administration work.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet safety standards/legal requirements, up to code, and fully operational.

Responsible for managing contractors and working with third party vendors.

Managing facilities planning and space allotment, cancellation & update of seats and facilitation to Start-ups

Managing activities of Housekeeping, Security, Office cabs and control on records on the same.

Managing the accounts and keeping records of all payments
