Your Role and Responsibilities
As administration executive your responsibilities are: delivery of a wide range company secretary documents in. In your position you’re responsible from handling correct documentation. Salary indication depending on experience level: 25.000 to 60.000 rupee

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· Minimum 0-5 year work experience in administration.

· Ability to manage all sorts of incoming requests (e.g. contracting) 

· Open to get experience with company secretary tasks.

· Working knowledge of basic accounting and various accounting principles.

· Proficient in English.

· Open to sometimes work on irregular working hours for reporting with senior management.

· Exemplary planning and time management skills

· Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications

· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

· High level verbal and written communications skills

· Discretion and confidentiality
