Job Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Officer with multi-tasking abilities to join our team and support our daily office procedures. Should undertake Administrative tasks and ensure the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently
Want a quick learner and interested candidate who wants to grow big in a financial career. Should have the desire to move up in the hierarchy with performance being the hallmark.
Administrative Manager Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
· Maintenance of Office Equipment
· Maintenance a clean work environment and handling client walk-ins
· Organizing, Arranging and Coordinating Meetings, Webinar
· Making Travel Arrangements for the management
· All Bank Related works and payment of utility bills
· KYC and other documentation works
· Managing Administrative staff and General works
· Handling logistics, office supplies
· Submit timely reports and presentations as assigned
· Manage phone calls and correspondence like e-mail, letters, packages etc.
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary
· Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
· Schedule, organize and coordinate in-house and external events
· Coordinate for Recruitment and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
· Assist in vendor relationship management

Qualification:
B.com/B.A in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
Salary
Fixed Salary of Rs. 1,80,000 per annum plus additional incentives based on performance.
Other Qualifications:
· Proficiency in English & Good knowledge of MS Office
· Thorough understanding of marketing and selling techniques
· Fast learner and passion for serving clients
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
