Role: Admin
Job Description:
• The person will be based at Chennai office and will be taking care of the Day to Day Administration work of the offices in Tamil Nadu as well as Kerala
• Taking care of the booking of Hotels, cabs, tickets etc for the visiting Management team and other staff visiting this location
• Taking care of the external vendors deployed in the offices viz. Security, Housekeeping etc.
• Taking care of maintenance of all Utility equipment’s installed in the office through the vendor deployed for this purpose
• Taking care for all the procurement of Stationary and Housekeeping items for the offices under his control
• Ensure the bills of the vendors are submitted on timely basis and follow up with the accounts team for the payment
• Raising GRN / SRN for all the material received at the respective offices under his control before submitting to the accounts team along with the bills
• Taking care of the printing of visiting cards, letter heads and other stationary required for the offices under his control
• Any other work that may be required for the smooth running of the office.
