Responsibilities:

She must be good in English with handling of computer like MS MS Word Excel etc. and also having a typing skills is mandatory.

Should be looking for long term and should be trustworthy.

Good exposure in our official and good benefits

Answering phones calls and taking messages

Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them

Managing scheduling and appointments

Arranging meetings and other events

Managing mail/fax communications

Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems

Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties

Skills:

Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Proficiency in English

Exemplary planning and time management skills

Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

High level verbal and written communications skills

Discretion and confidentiality
