Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for senior management and other staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist in organizing company events, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and holiday celebrations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct research and compile data as requested by management.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
