Job Role/ Responsibilities for each position:
- Manage operations: staffing, customer service, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance and security & safety. '
- Provide Service Excellence, manage all external & internal relations
Knowledge of Hospital / Healthcare (Preferably from IVF)
- Supervise daily administrative operations
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
- Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
- Prepare work schedules - include work assignments/rotations, employee training, back-up for absent employees, shift rotations, etc.
- Maintain organized medical and employee records
- Monitor administrative staff's performance
- Train new employees
- Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
- Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff. Monitor and deliver on customer & Doctors satisfaction
- Can manage staff - Doctors, nurses, front office, pharmacist
- Resolve potential issues with patients
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations
- Responsible for handling walk in area of reception. - OPD/IPD Billing - Team handling
- Handle patient queries based . Maintain relationships with patients by providing support, information, and guidance: right from booking appointment
- Shift timing:
- 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (will differ for different days of week)
- Salary range (negotiable): 10 k - 12000 k per month
- Education - Hospital Management Required
