ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative support, including mailing and copying to management.
Organize and schedule appointments with students using admin software.
Plan meetings; including the agenda, organizing the requisite documents and taking detailed minutes.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, emails, and essay drafts.
Liaise with students to remind them about their submissions deadlines.
Interact with parents on a routine basis to keep them in the feedback loop.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND INTEREST
Bachelor degree required.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Google Drive a must.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
Good research skills and attention to detail.
