Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventories
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Providing support to employees/consultants pertaining to all travel booking related enquiries like Travel Insurance, Hotel Bookings, Airport Transfers, Visa formalities
  • Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment/ baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations
  • Record Keeping on excel and MIS Preparation
  • Help in sourcing vendors/ products for any service/ repairs of facilities and management

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills
  • Should enjoy working with people and relationship building
  • Should be able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada
