Facilities administration and Travel
- Manages administrative activities of Mumbai office; Stays abreast of administrative trends and
developments for office applications
- Implement and control administration flow cost, such as stationary, telephone, and office utilities/
expenses, transport, etc. Will also be in charge of the monthly payment for administration general
affairs.
- Maintenances of office furniture and equipment in office through third party vendors
- Pest control agency appointment, contract and management
- Attendance & Leave record update
- Ensuring office safety measures are in place for employees
- Co-ordination for administration related work (Infrastructure, Contract staff, Stationery, Pantry and
cleaning items, AMCs, etc.)
- Checking and processing all bills related to Administration of Mumbai Office
- FCM Travel booking tool– Travel Self booking tool implementation, Problem solving , coordinating with
FCM to ensure smooth travel of employees even during off duty hours
- Managing bookings of external guests / employees and providing support to employees for their
booking related to car rental, international bookings, visa, insurance and forex.
- Handling grievances, resolving problems at any given time.
- Preparing housekeeping staff schedules and monitoring all pantry and housekeeping material stock
- Managing and coordination of company event like new office inauguration, Birthday celebration,
