Responsibilities and Duties
Depending upon the level of position and compensation negotiated, the candidate may have to handle most of the following responsibilities
1. Supervising total digital & manual accounting, reconciliations, statutory returns, compliance & MIS/DSS
2. Handling security instruments, writing fundraising reports, donor liaison &resource mobilization.
3. Performing general HR, Admin & house-keeping functions
Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Excel, excellent GK and English skills. Prior experience in accounting, project financing, fund-raising is required.
Candidate should have supervised a small, prof team and must be highly organized, systematic, punctual and reliable.
Educations
UG - B.Com - Commerce) AND (PG- Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
M.Com (Finance or Accounts Specialization)/CA Inter/ICWA or another relevant Diploma/Degree such as CAIIB
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
