Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing the best talent from festive gifting within deadlines
2. Sourcing, screening, calling, and scheduling interviews to provide candidates within timelines, across all functions and portfolio companies
3. Coordinating on-boarding activities for staff, including joining documentation, checklists, welcome kits, reference checks, and verifications
4. Overseeing implementation of office rules and regulations (biometrics, office timings, work-etiquettes, time-keeping, employee relations) and managing overall work ethic
5. Assisting in regularizing set-up of new office and streamlining all HR-Admin processes for seamless functioning
6. Working on vendor management
7. Supervising housekeeping staff
8. Handling office infrastructure and upkeep (includes service contracts and maintenance of all gadgets)
9. Managing petty-cash account
10. Managing staff queries and working on internal staff support and coordination tasks
11. Coordinating ER activities for staff (monthly birthdays, anniversaries, weekend snacks, festive-gifting, and other employee activities),per requirement
12. Managing travel requirements and bookings
13. Answering phone calls, attending clients, visitors (courteously to present proper company image) and making them comfortable in the office environment
