Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include using Word and Excel for data entry tasks.

1. Communicate with clients: collect feedback, send paperwork, collect inputs, schedule appointments, etc.
2. Sending emails, draft letters, and documents, working on presentations, collecting and analyzing information.
3. Maintain the appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
4. Maintain the customer's confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential
5. Complete the closures by sending and collecting paperwork and following up with clients
6. Prepare reports and maintain excel sheets by collecting and analyzing the data.
7. Work on securing the information by completing database backups
8. Contribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

Who can apply

1. Must have good written and verbal communication skills

2. Must have good reporting management skills

3. Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office/Google platform (Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.)

4. Must have good organizational skills

5. Must have good time management and presentation skills
