Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the CEO with daily administrative duties and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings
2. Communicating with the general staff on the CEO's behalf and coordinating logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally (coordinate meetings and strategic activities with the scientific advisory board (SAB),the management team (TMG),and members of staff
3. Administratively supporting the CEO on HR activities including recruiting support, document formatting, surveys set up, and drafting emails and other company correspondence as directed
4. Researching prospective government grants, corporate and foundation funding to identify and evaluate current needs and assembling materials needed for the proposals
