Position Purpose

The role involves to review and action Pre & Post Trade, validation, Settlement liaise with RMs, traders, Finance & Control and colleagues of other support units to provide quality of service to ensure that all trades are settled in time. He\she will also be involved in reviewing the entire process, mitigating the risk element, identifying possibilities of automation that would benefit the team and organization as a whole.

He\she will also be involved in all reportings, Internal external Audits, liaise with various governance and regulatory inside and outside organization ensuring 100% adherence towards the organizational goals and values.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical

• University Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with good knowledge of Capital Markets/Investment Banking products.
• Relevant working experience in Treasury Operations/ Settlements will be an advantage
• Strong Treasury (FXMM/ Rate / Bonds/ Derivatives) products & operations process knowledge.
• Practical knowledge in systems like OMR, SWIFT Alliance, Atlas, Intellimatch
• Experience with Pre/Post Settlement process.
• Knowledge of FXMM/ Derivatives/Equity products.
• Excellent MS skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.
  
• Salary: INR 4,50,000 - 6,50,000 PA.
