Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
2. Maintain contact lists
3. Develop & maintain a filing system of employee records
4. Assist the HR team in documentation & training
5. Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
6. Take accurate minutes of meetings
7. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
8. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
