Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing invoice and the e-way bill for goods to be delivered to customers
2. Importing and exporting paperwork and coordinating with shipping and logistics agents
3. Contacting transporters and arranging vehicles for goods delivery
4. Contacting suppliers and purchasing goods/services required by the company
5. Handling office operations like documents filing, bank NEFT/RTGS preparation, etc.
6. Following up with customers by phone/email for collecting payments
