About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage Excel CRM updation of all Biz' connects through visiting cards, sm connects, etc; with address, b'day, anniversaries; taggings
2. Manage online CRM creation and updation
3. Work on mobile contacts updation and WhatsApp broadcast list updation
4. Arrange visiting cards in folders, with sections
5. Manage ET sunday magazine & another article sorting, tagging, and arranging in files
6. Work on books highlight summary and compiling
7. Manage hard disk sorting: hard disks files sorting, arrangement, and ensure files in respective folders, movies, music in folders, etc.
8. Sorting photos in sections & folders and shortlisting & uploading on SM
9. Work on old files clean-up
10. Work on office management; stationary, overall inventory, toiletries, food, etc.
11. Schedule meetings
12. Create minutes of meeting (MoM)

Requirements:

1. High Fluency in English (Verbal & Written)
2. Good MS Office (PPT, Excel & Word) Skills
3. Good analytical & logical skills
4. Good business & economic awareness
5. Smart & presentable
6. Confident & extrovert
