·         Manage day-to-day administration activities related to

·         Overseeing interviews, joining & exits, inbound & outbound trainings, employee travel, benefits & leaves administration overview.

·         Opex budgeting– Forecasting and controlling budget, overseeing invoicing, payment processing, cash & card transactions overview.

·         Sourcing & procurement operations – IT & non-IT tools and consumable demand & supply planning and management, inventory management, PO approvals.

·         Asset management – IT and non-IT assets procurement, maintenance and disposal.

·         Vendor management – Negotiations, SLA & AMC review, execution and renewals.

·         Event management – Budgeting, scheduling, event planning & execution.

·         Facility services and general administration operations – Space planning, overseeing refurbishment/installations projects, facility maintenance, resource allocation and workforce management, oversee office moves.

·         MIS Manager – decision making support Data analysis, periodic executive summary reporting.  KPI publishing and monitoring
