We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant [Must be residing in Gurugram]
Responsibilities:-
1. Office administrative management and co-ordination
2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, and follow-ups with affiliates, clients, Universities, etc.,
3. Prepare and manage client payments and co-ordinate with banks and institutions
4. Work individually and in collaboration with North American Staff Members of the firm
5. Establish and maintain an electronic filing system, for client data, reports, etc.
6. Assist and arrange travel, seminars, conferences, and events [when applicable]
7. Arrange printing and circulation/placement of promotions and ads [as advised]
8. Other duties as they may arise
Preferred: Freshers and mid-level experiences with long-term stability & commitment
Language: English Mid-level Fluency & Hindi Language [Must]
Education Details: Any with ‘Willingness to learn and adapt’
Mandatory: Must be residing in Gurugram
Office Location: Gurugram
Work Hours: Part-time [4hours] 4pm to 8pm [Mon-Fri]
