A TYPICAL DAY AS A MILES' ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE SUPPORT
  • Administrative Support for Miles Technologies India Branch
  • Facilitate Recruitment Efforts
  • Coordinate Payroll every month
  • Pay Bills, track transactions in accounting system
  • Manage Foreign Remittances
  • Manage paperwork related to taxes
  • Manage the Mumbai office, supplies needed etc.


Required
  • Education & Experience Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field and/or equivalent practical experience with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a professional environment and Customer Service experience
  • Passionate & Avid User of Technology (Business Software, Websites, Mobile Apps)
  • Excellent Communication & Time Management skills
  • Detailed Oriented & Strong Analytical skills
  • Cooperative Team Player with Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Use & Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite (Google)
