The candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing general day to day office administrative duties.
- Execution of legal compliance for the staff members and establishment.
- Preparing payrolls, PF, gratuity, bonus and employee leave(s) related work.
- Co-ordination between management and staff.
- Performing field activities as and when required.
- Reporting and analysis.
- Maintaining statutory record and registers.
- Other work/duties assigned from time to time.
- The candidate needs to have good communication skills
- Prior knowledge of computer related skills (Excel, Word) will be tested.
