Administrative Coordinator/ Administrative Assistants/ Teaching Assistant job recruitment in Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) on contract basis

Administrative Coordinator

Qualifications : 1. Post-Graduate Degree in Management/Economics/Public Administration with at least 50% marks. 2. Good command over English language (both written and spoken) with good computer knowledge. 3. Minimum 3 years experience of working in a similar position in a Government/ Autonomous body/ University/ Educational Institution shall be desirable. 4. The applicant must have working knowledge of computer applications and packages.

Emoluments : The candidate will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000 to 50,000/- per month depending upon the Educational qualifications and work experience

Age Limit : Should not be more than 35 Years as on last date of receipt of application.

Administrative Assistants

Qualifications : 1. The candidates must have a Graduate Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science with atleast 50% marks. Post-Graduation shall be a desirable qualification. 2. Good command over English language (both written and spoken) with good computer knowledge. 3. Minimum 3 years’post qualification experience in similar position. 4. The candidate should be capable of interacting and coordinating with students, faculty members and administration.

Emoluments : The candidate will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.25,000/- per month. Higher Salary may be considered based on experience and qualification of the candidates.

Age Limit: 35 Years as on last date of receipt of applications.

Teaching Assistant

Qualifications : Must have completed MBA or equivalent. Must have the ability to support IIFT faculty in student assessment process. Must be able to prepare, assist and support submission of all required reports and documentation. Must possess excellent command over written and spoken English with good writing and coordination skills. Must have the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders,including faculty, students, professional and supporting staff.

Remuneration : The position carries a consolidated remuneration of 27,600/- per month.
