We are currently looking for an administrative coordinator to join our team.  

The ideal candidate would have picked up a year’s experience in preliminary recruitment screening and office administration. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the HR functions in talent sourcing and pipeline management.
• Screening candidate profiles for multidisciplinary roles
• Compile and file paperwork for office administration and record keeping.
• Provide assistance in background verification checks
• Support presales and marketing departments on their business-as-usual activities.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment generalist activities.
• Fluent and conversant in Business English
• Proficiency in MS office
• Ability to work under short deadlines.
• Strong time management skills to effectively juggle several projects at once
• Potential to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the B2B marketing process will be a plus 
• Must be a quick learner and an enthusiastic team player
