Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Executive

 

Job Overview: As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in administration and office management. You will work closely with the office staff and department heads to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Office Management:

·         Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and handle emails.

·         Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

2.    Data Entry and Documentation:

·         Input, update, and maintain records and databases.

·         Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

3.    Scheduling and Coordination:

·         Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

4.    Correspondence:

·         Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

5.    Administrative Support:

·         Support staff with various administrative tasks.

6.    Technical Skills:

·         Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, scanners, printers).

7.    Communication:

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8.    Problem-Solving:

·         Identify and resolve routine administrative issues.

  

·         Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

·         Basic knowledge of MS office & Excel.

·         Adaptability and willingness to learn.

·         Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
