Position: Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:

Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Assist in the coordination of construction projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and communicating with clients and subcontractors.

Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.

Collaborate with project managers and team members to support project progress and deadlines.

Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment as necessary.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.

Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
