Job Description:
- Looking after General Administration & Facility Management, Housekeeping Management & transportation.
- Identifying vendor stationary / House keeping / transport contractor.
- Preparing route Maps
- Initiating advertisement for new sessions.
- Customer relation internal / external
- Maintenance of assets and equipment register.
- Conducting Administrative meetings periodically.
- Preparing annual Budget for the financial year.
- Ensuring timely receipt of school fees and sending reminders to parents.
- Organizing school events with co-ordination with Pricipal.
- Procuring quotations and price lists annually, for all school supplies.
- Monitoring consumables and stationeries need for office / classrooms, labs / staff etc
- Periodic assessment of stock in each room in the school and handling internal audits.
- Draw up bus schedules- routes, stops, vehicle, driver, attendant for each route & timings.
