JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (GENERAL AND SALES ADMIN) – INDIA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (GENERAL ADMIN AND SALES ADMIN) 

1.GENERAL ADMIN

  • Handles daily administrative tasks and operation.
  • Monitors and replenishment of the following:
  • Consumable supplies
  • Office supplies
  • Equipment, appliances, furniture, and other supplies needed in the office
  • Monitor and ensure that overall performance and functionality of the office equipment, appliances, machineries and all others are in good condition.
  • Ensure that the Office and all sites are well maintained, clean and comfortable.
  • Coordinates with all suppliers for the purchases and printing of office supplies.
  • Handles and prepares the following for the travel arrangements of employees:
  • Passports and Visa Processing
  • Flight & Hotel Booking
  • Car Rental/Booking
  • Facilitates the filing of necessary documents of all departments.
  • Helps with planning of company related activities such as National Holiday Parties, Team Buildings, etc. in coordination with the Country Manager.
  • Coordinates and assists other departments for admin related tasks.
  • Participates in trainings and seminars to keep skills up to date.

2.SALES ADMIN

  • Handles daily leads generation, phone call, and social media inquiries for existing and new clients.
  • Designate and coordinate existing and new leads with Sales Account Managers.
  • Contacts customers through phone, SMS, and email to answer queries and obtain missing information generated in CRM.
  • Maintain the database/CRM for contact information.
  • Conducts the verification of orders, client’s information, and requirements.
  • Expedite and coordinate with Sales Account Manager for client’s queries and orders.
  • Maintains and tracks all sales activities and customer records in CRM.
  • Assists in receiving and processing of purchase orders.
  • Assists Sales Account Managers in:
  • Preparation of Contract of Sales
  • Creation of drawing in EOS
  • Responsible for the successful lead-to-sale conversion rate.
  • Handles payment follow-ups in coordination with Sales Account Managers and Finance.
  • Provides CRM exported reports as needed by Sales Account Managers.
  • Ensures completeness of data, and facilitates the preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Monitoring and preparation of Rolling 3 Sales Performance and Sales Commission.
  • Monitoring, Proper filing and updating of All Sales documents
  • Assists Sales Account Managers with product demos.
  • Responsible for sending out promotional SMS to increase customer engagement.
  • Participates in trainings and seminars to keep skills up to date.
  • Supports and handles Sales Team with Administrative tasks as needed and required.

REMUNERATION

(All amounts pre-tax)

Fixed Salary:

₹ 20,000 to ₹ 30,000 per month based on strength of profile.
