Responsibilities and Duties

• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy
• Work with the executive board to determine values, and plan for short and long term goals.
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
• Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring
• Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
• To coordinate with administration for reporting various administrative requirements and their availability status
• Oversee day-to-day operation and providing administrative support
• Taking care of inwards and outgoing papers, courier, mail, fax
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Should have leadership skills, Knowledge on MIS reports must
