Role & responsibilities

· Operating EPICOR ERP system:

·         Create Purchase Orders

·         Establish Item Masters

·         Maintain Customer Master data

·         Input and manage invoice entries

·         Update and manage all relevant information within the ERP system

· Generating monthly reports as required

· Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data entered into the ERP system

Preferred candidate profile

· Experience working with ERP systems preferred

· Strong interpersonal communication skills

· Proficient in English communication is a must

· Ability to work independently and take initiative

· Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
