Your Role: Admission Counsellor
As an Admission Counsellor, you'll be a mentor, guide, and guiding star to various students, helping potential learners navigate their career paths through upGrad's cutting-edge programs.
What You'll Do:
Be a mentor and guide for potential learners, providing career advice.
Hit weekly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets.
Establish the uniqueness of upGrad's online/blended learning model.
Own the complete sales closing life cycle – from calls to post-sales relationship management.
Maintain a detailed CRM database, providing feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
What We're Looking For:
Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven track record in direct-to-consumer consultative sales, preferably in EdTech.
Great listeners with powerful empathy, capable of building trust with potential learners.
Sales-driven mindset, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (EdTech industry experience preferred).
Exceptional freshers considered under a 12-month contract as Consultants.
Undergraduates can be considered.
CTC: Upto 6.5 LPA + 4 LPA incentives
