Job Description:
*Contacts and engages with prospective students via telephone, email and/or other electronic means Utilizes enrollment platform
*Follows up quickly and thoroughly with inquiries
*Provides information and answers to inquiries/applicants
*Creates short, personalized videos to send to new inquiries/applicants
*Assists prospective students through the application process
*Advises prospective students of admission requirements, transfer guidelines, tuition discount
information, financial aid options, and online course format
*Conducts interviews with each applicant
*Assists in the conversion of applicants to enrolled/registered students
*Serves as part of the overall recruitment and admissions team
*Provides student accounts support to new students
* Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in education or relevant field.
*Experience in college admissions may be preferred.
*Familiarity with college and university programs, majors, admissions requirements and processes, and scholarship and financial aid resources.
*Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Strong planning and people reading skills.
*Ability to multitask and stay organized.
*Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
