Hiring for Admission Counselor Position for Orchids The International School.
Work Location: Sarjapur / Bannerghatta

Job Description:

• To generate & capture admission inquiries at the schools, by using various sales and marketing tools including marketing tie-ups and cross-promotions
• To convert admission inquiries into the walk-in and thereafter into admissions
• To attend each prospective customer (walk-in) and conduct a school tour and brief them about the practices, philosophy of the school and why they should choose Orchids The International School
• To train and build capacity in the team at school on how to handle inquiries, walk-in`s, school tours, follow-ups and finally close the admission
• To identify key difference among Orchids school and competitor, capture parental expectation (through surveys, feedbacks etc.) and identify/market the USP of Orchids school which meets the expectation
• Managing events & Promo
• Qualification: No Constraints.
