Open Position for Admission Counselor.

Do you have a passion for helping students navigate the exciting journey of higher education? Are you an excellent communicator with a knack for understanding individual goals and aspirations? We're looking for a dynamic Admission Counselor to join our team at Eduuspark Institute, Mulund West .

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective students and their families to provide information about our programs, admissions requirements, and the overall institute experience.
• Guide students through the application process, offering support and advice to help them succeed.
• Conduct individual and group information sessions.
• Evaluate applicants and make admission decisions based on established criteria.
• Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, both on and off-institute.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and applicant data.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should be 12th Pass.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of the educational programs and services offered by the institute.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in admissions counseling is a plus.
