Job Title: Admissions Counselor

Job Summary:
The Admissions Counselor guides prospective students through the admissions process, promotes the institution’s programs, and helps meet enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the institution at recruitment events and college fairs.
• Advise prospective students on admissions requirements, financial aid, and academic programs.
• Review and evaluate applications to make admissions decisions.
• Maintain communication with students and families via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Track and report recruitment data to improve outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in admissions, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
