Advanced Analytics Procurement recruitment in Pune - ecolab food safety & hygiene solutions pvt ltd

• Leverage data and analytics to identify savings opportunities across Ecolab’s global direct material buy

• Perform a variety of advanced data analytics work including predictive models and algorithms for applications in procurement, finance, commercial business units, and R&D

• Work with sourcing leaders to prioritize and validate opportunities for savings projects and support/drive project execution

• Govern elements of procurement master data and processes to support digital and analytical platforms. 

• Support integration testing and defect resolution for data and analytical systems

• Play a lead role in the development, testing, and implementation of new standardized reporting and dashboards

• Train others in analytical tools, processes, and systems

Basic Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE required with emphasis in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry preferred

• At least four years of work experience in analytics or business intelligence role

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building standard reports and dashboards with modern BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc…)

• History of managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously

• Ability to create, implement and continuously improve processes in a changing environment

• Proficient in MS Office suite with intermediate to advanced Excel, Access and SQL skills

• Training and/or experience in data science areas, such as time series analysis, forecasting, classification, and regression analysis and machine learning

• Experience with advanced data analytics tools such as R, Python or similar

• Experience working with global cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise

• Experience working with applications in procurement or supply chain a plus

• Experience in the petrochemical industry a strong plus
