A Permanent Advisor is deployed at the shop floor to support and drive the sales of Godrej products. They serve as the face of the brand, helping customers understand the Features, Advantages, and Benefits (FAB) of Godrej products compared to competing brands.
This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer engagement skills, and a commitment to professional brand representation.
Drive counter sales by educating and convincing customers about Godrej products.
Explain product Features, Advantages, and Benefits (FAB) to customers.
Promote new product launches and premium product categories to achieve the desired product mix.
Ensure complete product availability by coordinating between the store and the company.
Support inventory management to minimize stock-outs.
Maintain effective in-store product displays.
Ensure prominent brand visibility and adherence to merchandising standards.
Uphold the brand image through proper grooming and professional conduct.
Act as a positive and knowledgeable representative of the Godrej brand.
Gather and share real-time customer feedback with the RC/TMM.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and activities at the counter level.
Coordinate with customers and the service team for prompt issue resolution.
Assist in ensuring a satisfactory customer experience after purchase.
