Qualification : A
Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks. Candidates should be in the rank of Colonel/
Group Captain/ Captain or above at the time of discharge
Working Experience : The candidate should have more than 20 years
of postqualification experience in the Indian Defence Forces. Relevant
experience and knowledge of products/ systems required by the Defence Forces
and with an aptitude and knowledge of sound business management practices and
procedure. In addition to flair for marketing, the candidate must possess high
level of initiative and excellent communication skills.
Remuneration : Fixed Portion: Last basic pay drawn
(Pre-revised) at the time of superannuation + 30% HRA on the basic pay for
attending the office on all working days
Age Limit : Maximum upto 64 years
