Essential: • MBBS with 15 years of post-qualification work experience in administration/ programme management out of which 5 years’ experience in procurement of equipment / supply chain management. • BE / B. Tech in Biomedical Engineering with 15 years of post-qualification relevant work experience. • Experience in Technical Specifications, Procurement and Maintenance of high end medical equipment will be an added advantage. • Competency and experience of working on NHM programs at policy level / Member of Task Force/ Expert Group on healthcare technology innovations/any other medical devices/ equipment procurement/specification etc will be an added advantage. • Demonstrated experience in operationalizing health programs at field level; working in strengthening health systems • Demonstrated experience of operationalising health programs at field level; health systems strengthening with Knowledge on latest development in Medical Technology • Willingness to travel to states & districts to provide technical assistance & ability to work on different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines for assignments. • Computer Skills: Proficiency in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to use internet to for desk research, literature review and accessing other relevant documents. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including an ability to write crisp, unambiguous technical reports. Working knowledge of Hindi also desirable. • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment along-with excellent communication, presentation skills and interpersonal abilities. • Formal educational qualification, experience &age could be relaxed for exceptional candidates.

Location: New Delhi

Remuneration Range: Rs. 1,70,000/- to Rs. 2,20,000/- per month
