Responsibilities:
Develop appropriate departmental procedures, processes, and business practices.
Investigate and resolve security incidents and recommend enhancements to improve security.
Work closely with subject matter experts and management to develop skill set for non-routine work.
Ensure all clients receive the highest quality service by performing and manage key steps.
Monitor, coach, and develop employees up to expected performance standards.
Provide technical assistance and training.
Ensure accuracy of data quality during implementation.
Develop scalable process for valuing new contract terms.
Create and manage initiatives that improve total medical cost and quality.
Lead in resolving elevated and complex service complaints.
Train and support staff and department on an ongoing basis as necessary.
