Limited
Eligibility : Candidate should possess Minimum of Bachelor’s
Degree. Candidates with Post Graduate Qualification /Management Qualification
or Doctoral Degree will be preferred. The retired persons shall be appointed on
a contract basis for a period of one year.
Pay : The consolidated remuneration payable to the
retired Officers who are drawing pension shall be restricted to the difference
between last pay drawn by the retired Official and basic plus DA at the rate
applicable from time to time. In respect of other retired Officers, the
consolidated remuneration will be decided upon on mutually agreed terms
Age Limit : Candidates should not be more than 64 years
of age as on date of notification
Medical Standard : Applicants should be of sound health and should meet the medical standard prescribed by the Company. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to medical fitness duly certified by the Company’s Medical Officers. No relaxation in health standard is allowed.
