3) Excellent command over Marathi and good command over English.

7) Two references of reputed persons must be given.Eligibility criterion for Advocates in Litigation Laws Department.

2) Well-versed with basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Internet Applications.3) Good command over English and Marathi.4) Basic knowledge of Court procedures such as Certified copies, adjournments, etc.5) Pleasant personality.6) Must have own two wheeler and mobile phone.7) Remuneration: Depending on candidate’s ability.8) Two references of reputed persons must be given.

Documents to be submitted for evaluation after selection for second round of Interviews:1) Copies of Mark Sheets for all 5 (five) years of Law.2) Copy of Bar Council ID Card.3) Copy of Sanad.4) Copies of Mark Sheet and Certificates with respect to other courses completed/pursued.5) Copies of Experience Certificates in respect of previous employment, if applicable.6) Proof of permanent residence.7) Proof of local/ temporary residence.8) Proof of address of local guardian, if any.
